Screen printing apparel takes a lot of love and care. There’s a lot that goes into the printing process: printing design transparencies, creating screens with artwork, printing, sending the garments through the dryer, reclaiming screens and preparing shirts for packaging are all part of our daily process.
You’d think all these steps may slow us down—but we’ve nailed our process down to be a mean t-shirt printing machine.
We love working with all sizes of businesses and organizations, and our print shop is equipped to handle large bulk orders. These “high-volume” print jobs can range in number of items, sizes, colors and styles. And sometimes, it just makes good business sense to print garments in bulk.
Companies that order in bulk can generally cut down on price per shirt. They also provide more options for whoever will be wearing the shirts when they’re done, whether that be employees, students, fans or customers.
The important thing is getting the design right first: whether you are going for a cool vintage look or something to show off your school spirit. It’s necessary to consider the roles of branding and personality when landing on the perfect design. Some apparel items need to simply display the logo, while others are meant to portray a little more character. Once the design is finalized, we can help work with you on deciding the right number of shirts for your order. Or, we can let our Group Ordering system do all the work for you.
T-shirt printing combines lots of different skillsets like design, screen printing, project management and business strategy.. Awesome t-shirts are all about the art: from the look of the visual design to the texture and feel of the shirt’s material. But on the other side, there are some practical business decisions to be made: how many shirts should I order? Should I do multiple styles? Can I reorder easily if I need more shirts later?
We’re here to help. Whether it’s a short-run order of shirts for a quick event, or a larger bulk order for your latest project, Rivet Press can help you find the best fit—in this case, both figuratively and literally.
